At Lakeside Luxuries, we specialize in carefully curated pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories. Because many of our items are unique and previously owned, we maintain a structured return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions: Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery or purchase. A proof of purchase is required either by receipt or invoice.
Item must be unused and in the same condition received. All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included. Item must not show new wear or damage. If these conditions are met, the item may be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may be final sale:
Items marked: final sale, special orders or reserved items.
Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery.
Condition of Pre-Owned Items
Because our products are pre-owned, normal signs of wear may be present. These may include: Minor scratches, corner wear, interior marks, slight hardware aging.
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
Variations in lighting, screens, and perception of condition are not considered defects.
Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold by Lakeside Luxuries are carefully inspected for authenticity. Returns based on authenticity concerns must be supported by documentation from a recognized luxury authentication service.
Return Process
To request a return: Contact us within
3 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization before shipping the item back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
Please allow several business days for processing after the item is received.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as Lakeside Luxuries is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an item has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

By purchasing from Lakeside Luxuries, the customer confirms they have reviewed all photos and descriptions carefully and accept the item's condition as presented.
Condition opinions may vary from person to person and will not be considered grounds for return unless the item was significantly misrepresented.
Item Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraud, all items sold by Lakeside Luxuries are documented prior to shipment, including detailed photographs and records of unique identifying characteristics such as serial numbers, date codes, hardware markings, and condition details.
Returned items will be carefully inspected and verified against these records. If a returned item does not match the original item shipped, shows signs of tampering, or has been altered in any way, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued.
Lakeside Luxuries reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities and payment providers.
